Now I have to archive or file the message first, switch to the folder I filed it in, create a task, go back to my inbox to work on the next message. See a message that requires an action create a task from it archive or file the message go to next message. The logical work flow : is I'm triaging my inbox. Sure this works but it's a huge step back from where we were with the legacy apps combo years ago. link, and then clients can choose whatever is appropriate for their local environment? I'm wondering (and suggested that to Support). I contacted Support but all I got was a "we're looking into it" response. One step forward, yet also a big step back. But I'm also forced now to log in a web Outlook session just to read an email even though desktop Outlook is running. ![]() On the one hand, nice, in that I can now open a message from the iOS client. ![]() Now it seems that creating a task from Outlook inserts a URL that points to the Outlook web client. Of course, if I clicked on that task in iOS Todoist, it wouldn't know what to do. In the past, if I created a task from an Outlook message in Outlook on the desktop I was able to click on it to open the corresponding message in desktop Outlook. ![]() I recently replaced the old Todoist plug-in for Outlook with the new one, at the same time I installed the new Windows 10 desktop app. Wondering if others have noticed this as well.
